The aim of this discussion is to bring together opinion-makers, thought-leaders and groups from across the spectrum to come together to discuss some of the critical issues around leadership in South Africa and where we as a country are heading.
We are concerned with the developments in our politics over the past few months. Public discussion is currently characterised by polemical contestation and debate and our political space is characterised by polarization and divisiveness.
The result is a lack of constructive engagement permeates all sectors of society and increasingly there is less space for different perspectives to he heard and constructively engaged with.
